Viognier

This is a full- bodied white wine originally from the south of France. Identified most easily by a prominent nose that combines peach, tangerine and honeysuckle with floral elements and a rich vanilla profile that it acquires through oak ageing. Made in either a dry or off-dry style, most Viogniers will have an oily finish distinctive to the cultivar. Viognier produces the best wines when cultivated in sunny areas with cooler evenings such as the Northern Rhône valley; Virginia; Elgin and Eden Valley. Browse our Viognier wine selection online and order the right wine for you.
