Description
Dark red with bright red rind in the glass. A very aromatic nose with herbal notes of cape fynbos, bright red cherry fruit and hints of Shiraz-y black pepper. The palate is fresh with red fruit flavours complimented with wild rosemary and powdery fine tannins. The wine is still firm and will age well.
Food Pairing
Cheese, paté and charcuterie with freshly baked bread. Grilled lamb with herb sauce, spicey and earthy flavoured vegetable dishes.
