Shiraz sourced mainly from the warmer Paardeberg area; Viognier from Northern Paarl vineyards on shale and granite soils.

12 to 14 months in second- and third-fill French oak barrels.

Varieties were separately harvested and fermented at 24 to 27°C, then blended before barrel maturation.
