Saronsberg is a Tulbagh wine estate set against the dramatic backdrop of the Saronsberg mountain. Description
The 2022 Saronsberg Brut MCC showcases a translucent color with a slight green edge and a prominent mousse. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of toasted biscuit, creamy lees, and fresh apple. The palate is crisp and elegant, featuring flavors of green apple and citrus, complemented by a hint of brioche, culminating in a long, dry finish.
