The Cabrito distillery was established in 1890 in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico. Casa Centinela was founded in 1904 by the Torres Perez Vargas family. Casa Centinela have been producing Tequila at the Hacienda El Centinela on the outskirts of the town of Arandas, in the highlands of Jalisco, since 1904. The company we know today is the result of a visionary man, Don Jose de Jesus Hernandez. His inspirational zeal for perfection resulted in a range of distinctive tasting tequilas that are a renowned part of La Familia Centinela.
