Alipus San Juan features a light coconut aroma on the nose, accompanied by notes of charred pineapple and burnt orange peel, creating an inviting start.

On the palate, this mezcal delivers a fruity and smoky core, where the tropical fruit notes of banana and coconut emerge, alongside a rich cinnamon sizzle. This flavor profile is both robust and nuanced.
