Bison Grass Polish Vodka

Zubrowka offers a bouquet of hay, vanilla, and aromatic herbs like rosemary, presenting a balanced yet prickly sensation.

The vodka features a creamy mouthfeel with notes of lemon zest, white grape, and cinnamon at the opening, transitioning to flavors of anise and cardamom, and finishing with tonka bean and rose.

It is smooth with a complex, medium-to-long finish that includes a delightful hint of spice and grassy undertones.

Zubrowka, also known as Bison Grass Vodka, is a renowned Polish brand with a rich heritage that dates back over 500 years. The brand is famously known for its singular ingredient, bison grass, which grows in the Białowieża Forest, a primeval forest that straddles the border between Poland and Belarus. This grass is infused during the distillation process, giving the vodka its unique flavor and aroma.
