Description
Now fully mature, the wine shows developed aromas of dried black fruit, plum and prune alongside notes of leather, tobacco, spice and earthy undertones. The palate is smooth and integrated, with softened tannins and lingering savoury complexity. Secondary and tertiary flavours such as mocha, cedar and dried herbs dominate the finish.
Food Pairing
Best paired with rich, slow-cooked dishes such as braised beef, lamb shank, venison and hearty stews. Also works well with mature cheeses and smoky or charred flavours.
