Pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, grilled chicken with lemon and herbs, or a creamy goat’s cheese and roasted vegetable tart.

The 2024 vintage was marked by a wet winter and spring, fostering vigorous vineyard growth, while challenging weather during flowering resulted in lower yields. The varieties in this wine are 39% Sauvignon Blanc from Botrivier and Olifantsrivier, 35% Chenin Blanc from Botrivier and Swartland, 23% of our own Semillon (planted 2006), and 3% Muscat d’ Alexandrie from Olifantsrivier.

All fruit was whole bunch pressed and 100% wild fermented and matured in 400- and 500L French barrels (20% of which was new barrels, light toast). The wine spent nine months on its lees before blending and bottling.
