The Blanc Sauvignon Blanc

Pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, grilled prawns, ceviche or oysters as well as light Asian-inspired dishes with citrus and herbs. Also lovely with goat’s cheese, fresh salads and Mediterranean vegetables.

The 2025 vintage benefited from a late, wet winter and ideal spring conditions, though early flowering faced challenges from wind and rain. The season progressed into a mild, dry summer followed by hot conditions that accelerated harvest timing.

The Sauvignon Blanc 2025 was fermented wild in stainless steel tanks and left on its lees for seven months before bottling.
