Pairs beautifully with slow-roasted lamb, grilled venison or beef, and earthy dishes with herbs and spices. Also lovely with chargrilled vegetables, mushroom risotto or aged hard cheeses.

The 2024 vintage was marked by a wet winter and spring, fostering vigorous vineyard growth, while challenging weather during flowering resulted in lower yields. Despite reduced quantities, the 2024 wines showcase intense characteristics balanced by a lively freshness, a testament to the vineyard's robust early-season development.

Naturally fermented and aged in older French barrique for 12 months.

Following careful hand-picking, a portion of the bunches were destemmed and transferred to fermentation tanks using a gravity system, allowing for whole berry fermentation, while the rest went in as whole bunch.
