1974 Old Bush Vine Chenin Blanc

Grilled Seafood: Delicate grilled fish or prawns, brushed with lemon butter, complement the wine's citrus undertones and textured profile. Creamy Pasta Dishes: Indulge in a creamy pasta Alfredo or carbonara to marry the wine's rich, textured palate with the savory flavors of the dish.

Climatic Conditions: Warmer vintage in the Paarl region. Chenin Blanc Character: The 2022 vintage reflects a more fruit-forward, robust, and richer style, displaying early-stage approachability.

Extended aging on fine lees, with total maturation in barrels for 11 months

Grapes were handpicked between 21 and 23 Degrees Balling. First pick for higher natural acidity, second pick for texture and mouthfeel. Grapes crushed and pressed. Barrel fermented in older oak barrels.
