The wine spent 10 months on the primary lees in tank, followed by 43 months of secondary fermentation in bottle for added complexity and texture.

Produced from 100% whole-bunch pressed grapes, the wine underwent a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14°C. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir components were blended immediately after fermentation, with no malolactic fermentation allowed in order to retain freshness and finesse.
