Whole-bunch pressed and fermented primarily in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged on its lees for 2 months with weekly bâtonnage before being blended with 3% barrel-aged Chardonnay from the 2022 vintage. Secondary fermentation took place under crown cap for 27 months, with no malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and vibrancy.
