Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine’s smooth, medium-bodied profile and balanced tannins make it a versatile companion with grilled beef burgers and steak, beef tenderloin, herb-crusted lamb chops or slow-roasted leg of lamb, roasted pork with a plum or cherry glaze, herb-roasted chicken with a light gravy, or tomato-based pasta dishes. For a vegetarian option, pair it with a char-grilled vegetable platter, featuring bell peppers, eggplants, portobello mushrooms, and zucchini, or a lentil stew.

The grapes were sourced from vineyards located in Coastal Region on mainly clay-loam soil.

80% of the wine was matured for 12 months in six-year-old 225L barrels and 20% in new 225L French and American.

Grapes were handpicked and cold-soaked for 24 hours. Fermentation was initiated with selected yeast strains and kept under 26°C. Malolactic fermentation was completed in tank.
