Description
Crafted from a blend of Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre grapes, the wine presents a captivating pale salmon hue. On the nose, one is greeted by a medley of fresh red fruits, including wild strawberries, raspberries, and red currants. Delicate floral aromas, such as rose petals lift the aromatic profile. The palate entry is smooth and silky, with a refreshing acidity that carries the flavours seamlessly across the palate. Notes of strawberries, raspberries, and cherries immediately captivates the senses, which are further complemented by flavours of watermelon, pomegranate, and red apple skin. The finish is clean, dry and crisp with a gentle hint of pink grapefruit, cherry and spice notes.
