Haute Cabriere
Our wines are made using two noble cultivars, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The structure of Pinot Noir and the elegance of Chardonnay bring balance to our wines and a freshness to our Méthode Cap Classique. Our Méthode Cap Classique and related wines are produced under Pierre Jourdan, the name of the French Huguenot to whom the farm was granted in 1694. Our still wines are produced under the name of Haute Cabrière, paying tribute to Pierre Jourdan’s home town in France.

The Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir Reserve 2020 is noted for its elegant and complex bouquet, showcasing aromas of red berries, cedar wood, and a hint of truffle. On the palate, flavors of sour cherries, spice, and forest floor nuances are complemented by well-integrated tannins. This wine is known for its delicate balance and smooth texture, making it a versatile and enjoyable Pinot Noir.
