A versatile dry Chenin Blanc that pairs beautifully with seafood (oysters, scallops, grilled fish), light poultry dishes, creamy risottos, goat cheese, and delicate vegetable preparations. Its freshness also makes it an ideal aperitif.

The grapes come from an assemblage of sites around Vouvray, grown organically on a combination of flint and clay soils over limestone bedrock. The cooler, maritime-meets-continental climate of Vouvray imparts freshness and orchard fruit character, while the soils contribute the region’s hallmark minerality.

Vincent vinifies with minimal intervention to showcase Chenin Blanc’s purity. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts. The wine is matured for 12 months in large, neutral oak barrels, which add subtle texture without overt oak influence.

Domaine Vincent Carême is a distinguished organic winery located in Vernou-sur-Brenne, within the Vouvray appellation of the Loire Valley, France. Established in 1999 by Vincent Carême, a first-generation winemaker from a cereal farming family, the estate has become a leading force in the revitalization of Vouvray wines. Vincent's journey into winemaking began at the age of 14 under his grandfather's guidance, and after completing his viticulture studies, he gained practical experience before founding his own domaine.
