Made from organically farmed, old-vine Chenin Blanc grown on limestone soils in Vouvray. The cooler, maritime-meets-continental climate enhances the fresh citrus and orchard fruit notes that define this wine.

Crafted in the ancestral method (méthode ancestrale), where fermentation begins in tank and finishes in bottle, producing natural bubbles without the addition of dosage. This results in a lively, bone-dry sparkling wine that retains the raw energy of Chenin Blanc.

Domaine Vincent Carême is a distinguished organic winery located in Vernou-sur-Brenne, within the Vouvray appellation of the Loire Valley, France. Established in 1999 by Vincent Carême, a first-generation winemaker from a cereal farming family, the estate has become a leading force in the revitalization of Vouvray wines. Vincent's journey into winemaking began at the age of 14 under his grandfather's guidance, and after completing his viticulture studies, he gained practical experience before founding his own domaine.
