Vouvray Brut Nature

Best enjoyed well‑chilled as an aperitif or with oysters, smoked salmon, sushi, roast chicken, or goat’s cheese. Its bright acidity and bone‑dry style complement seafood and creamy cheeses beautifully.

Sourced from organically certified old‑vine Chenin Blanc vineyards in Vouvray. The soils are predominantly clay over limestone (“tuffeau”), contributing richness, while the cool maritime‑continental climate preserves acidity and freshness.

Aged on fine lees in bottle until disgorgement, with no further barrel maturation. Disgorged as a zero‑dosage sparkling wine to preserve purity and tension.

Vinified in the traditional sparkling method. Grapes undergo primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in bottle on fine lees. The wine is matured on lees in bottle and then disgorged without any added sugar in the dosage, staying true to the Brut Nature style.
