Domaine Vincent Carême is a distinguished organic winery located in Vernou-sur-Brenne, within the Vouvray appellation of the Loire Valley, France. Established in 1999 by Vincent Carême, a first-generation winemaker from a cereal farming family, the estate has become a leading force in the revitalization of Vouvray wines. Vincent's journey into winemaking began at the age of 14 under his grandfather's guidance, and after completing his viticulture studies, he gained practical experience before founding his own domaine.
Description
An expressive and brilliantly judged Brut Nature sparkling wine with fine bubbles and vibrant tension. The palate shows a balance of rich, clay‑grown Chenin Blanc fruit with the variety’s characteristic acidity and stony minerality. Notes of orchard fruit, citrus and subtle floral hints shine through in this dry, precise cuvée with no added sugar, offering a clean and refreshing finish.
