Description
This Merlot is characterised by prominent notes of elegant red fruit, sour cherries, cranberries and cassis, complimented by pencil shavings, vanilla, clove and subtle toasty oak. On the palate, an integration of vibrant fruit and freshness. Elegant, chalky tannins make for a lingering finish of sour cherries and coffee.
Food Pairing
Pasta dishes with pancetta and tomato-based sauces. Grilled chicken with Mediterranean vegetables. Roast beef or lamb with a delicious reduction. Or simply enjoy this wine with a charcuterie board of pâtés, terrines & a selection of cured meats.
