Description
One the Nose: Tropical flavours and gooseberries freshness evolve into a scent of white peaches. As the wine lingers in the glass fresh citrus notes appear. On the Palate: A palate-pleasing wine, harmonious and well-balanced showing typical tropical flavours in abundance. An initial sweetness of peach blossom and nectarine is followed by aromas of lemon zest and hints of flint and persimmons. This elegantly crafted wine has gracious balance and poise with vibrant, integrated acidity leaving a lingering citrus and flinty finish.
Food Pairing
Lovely served chilled on its own and very enjoyable with summer foods and salads. Pairs well with white meats including chicken, pork chop and turkey as well as fresh seafood. Spices and herbs including parsley, basil, mint, tarragon, fennel and dill. Pairings with softer cheese like goat’s cheese.
