Description
On the nose: a classical combination of cassis, cranberries and spicy undertones. Silky-smooth on the palate; soft tannins combined with a lingering finish of red fruit and spice.

Cabernet Franc's liveliness makes it an excellent food partner. This wine is typically South African; friendly, inviting and accessible. Pair it with roasted lamb cutlets and greens or a lemon and herb chicken with mielie pap and smoor. Also great with a dessert like strawberries and cream.
