Dry Pale Rosé

Perfect with a summer platter of prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and sweet watermelon – a match that mirrors the wine’s elegance, freshness, and delicate fruit. Seafood – seared tuna, salmon tartare, prawn skewers, or sushi. Charcuterie – prosciutto, serrano ham, and mild salami. Poultry – grilled lemon & herb chicken, turkey wraps, or chicken Caesar salad. Grapes were sourced from vineyards in the Coastal Region. The vines are on clay loam soils and are managed to yield below 6 tons per hectare.

Grapes were hand harvested early in the morning to allow for the grapes to retain flavour and fruitiness. Cool, crushed grapes underwent three hour skin contact before being fermented under controlled conditions at 13°C.
