Lamb kebabs, Cape Malay cuisine and Cajun seafood boil.

The grapes were sourced from vineyards in the Coastal Region of the Western Cape. These vines grow in deep oak-leaf soil with minimum human intervention thanks to the soil’s high water retention. Situated close to the ocean, where the cooling Atlantic breezes give its fruits a distinctive physical character, these vineyards are ideal for Pinotage production.

Grapes were handpicked, de-stalked, crushed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then pressed off the skins during post fermentation and tran ferred to older French and American barrels and matured for 6 months before blending and bottling.
