Description
This red blend opens with aromas of blackcurrant, red cherry, dried peach, and anise. The palate is medium-bodied, showcasing firm but fine tannins with hints of dark chocolate and a lingering, fresh finish.

This blend pairs well with roasted meats, such as lamb or beef, and can also complement hearty stews or aged cheeses.
