The Paul Cluver Riesling 2024 is a vibrant and expressive wine. It features fresh green apple, apple blossom, and beeswax on the nose, along with fynbos honey. The palate is crisp and clean, with lemon sorbet-like notes and a lively acidity. There is a fine balance between residual sugar and acidity, making the wine refreshing and structured, with a lingering mineral finish.
