Tosca Sangiovese Blend

Pair this wonderfully romantic and rich wine with soulful recipes prepared with love. Perfect with spaghetti al pomodoro, pasta with a rich bolognaise sauce; grilled or roasted lamb, beef or game.

Slightly later budding followed a very dry winter, record low levels of spring rain and a dry January. A drop in temperatures and cold nights mid-February slowed down sugar accumulation for a few weeks, allowing for fruit expression and structure to integrate beautifully.

18 months barrel matured, with 20% in new French oak and the rest in fourth fill barrels. Bottled on 21 November 2019.

Each component was carefully selected, harvested and vinified separately.
