This wine will enhance big flavoured meals and structured hearty dishes. Bold flavours such as grilled and roast lamb with garlic and rosemary, beef brasato, risotto ai funghi.

The 2015 season will be remembered as one of the driest and earliest in years, producing a smaller wine grape harvest but one of our best yet! Warm weather in August resulted in earlier bud break but the dry and windy summer months kept vineyard growth under control with accelerated ripening. Lower February temperatures at night helped contribute to the excellent colour and flavour, especially in all of our red cultivars.

18 months in French oak barrels with 60% being in new oak, 20% in second fill and 20% in third fill barrels.
