Description
A palate-pleasing wine, harmonious and well-balanced, showing typical tropical flavours in abundance in this Sauvignon Blanc, displaying notes of underripe pineapple & mango peels. This elegantly crafted wine has gracious balance and poise & a lingering fresh finish. The soft balanced acidity gives way to a delightfully sweet concentration of fruit.
Food Pairing
Lovely served chilled on its own and very enjoyable with summer foods and salads. Pairs well with white meats including chicken, pork chops and turkey as well as fresh seafood. Spices and herbs including parsley, basil, mint, tarragon, fennel and dill. Pairings with softer cheese like goat’s cheese.
