Description
Nose: Vibrant notes of cranberries, sour cherry and cassis are enhanced with hints of cloves and leather. Classic pencil shaving after notes further attest to the elegance of this Bordeaux style wine. Palate: A good acidity with integrated tannins, finished off with lingering notes of red and black berries.

This wine pairs beautifully with big bold meaty dishes. It will also compliment delicious, flavoursome meals such as duck and ostrich. A great match with pasta al pomodoro and a rocket & basil salad.
