The grapes for this wine come from well-drained soils in vineyards at altitudes between 200-297 meters. This unique rosé is crafted from all five Bordeaux varietals—Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc—yielding a refined wine with layered complexity.

The winemaking process involves minimal skin contact (up to four hours) to achieve its delicate color. The wine is then fermented at cool temperatures (12-15ºC) with a portion matured briefly with French oak alternatives to add complexity. After fermentation, it matures on lees for 1-3 months, with periodic stirring to enhance its texture and structure.
