Aroma: Elegant aromas of exotic fruit(star fruit, dragonfruit), undertones of tropical aromas (black currants, passionfruit and ripe pineapple) and yellow fruit(peaches). Palate: Harmonious, elegant, and well-rounded supported by crisp freshness, good length with minerality at the end.

Sauvignon blanc is best paired with a chalky Goats cheese or a creamy chicken and mushroom casserole.
