Oysters, fresh seafood, sushi, ceviche, fried seafood, goat's cheese or fresh summer salads.

The 2023 blend uses Chardonnay from Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge and Ceres, with Pinot Noir from Gabriëlskloof's own vineyards. The vintage was marked by low yields and early ripening, delivering concentrated fruit with strong natural freshness.

After bottling, the wine spent 30 months on lees before zero-dosage disgorgement in March 2026.

All grapes underwent gentle, extended whole-bunch pressing. The juice was naturally fermented and aged for six months before blending and bottling in August 2023. Second fermentation took place under crown cap.
