Chardonnay Unoaked

Most types of fish, especially shellfish, also buttery/creamy dishes.

Grapes are selected in plots of 2.5 hectares in sandy loam soils with traces of lime and clay on slopes facing south-southwest at 380-400 metres above sea level. The vines are an average age of 16 years and have been trained in the Cordon method at a density of 4500 to 5000 per hectare.

Left on the lees for 16 weeks to capture the essence of Chardonnay purity.

The Unoaked Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel tanks
