Description
Aroma: Yellow grapefruit, lime, daffodil, ocean spray, subtle oak. Flavour: Nectarine, pineapple, almond, clementine, grapefruit pith, crushed quartz. Mouthfeel: Great Length, bright finish, medium weight. Good balance between fruit and acidity. Complex.
Food Pairing
Any seafood - preferably right next to the sea. Pork, fennel and apple Slow-roasted chicken with seasonal veg.
