Long inspired by the opulence of the Super Tuscan region, Nathan dreamt of bringing this holistic, experiential brand of luxury to South African wine lovers. A dream that has now become a magnificent reality.
Description
An intensely concentrated, regal Bordeaux-style blend. On the nose, aromas of black plum, graphite, red and black currants, and mulberry emerge. The palate is full-bodied with a burst of plum and cherry fruit, seamlessly integrated cedar and cigar-box oak, and silky yet structured tannins. The finish is long and refined.
Food Pairing
Pairs exceptionally well with slow-braised beef, roasted lamb, game dishes (e.g., venison), aged hard cheeses (e.g., Pecorino, aged Gouda), and mushroom risotto.
