Description
This deep black‑red Syrah bursts with classic varietal character: aromas of black pepper, mocha, cigar box, fynbos, cola, eucalyptus leaf, leather, hoisin, and pipe tobacco. Its palate is rich, concentrated, and savoury—think bramble, cassis, cherry, olive, tobacco, soy, and earthy forest-floor notes—woven together with velvety tannins for a long, bright finish.
Food Pairing
Ostrich steak with rosemary potatoes, pepper-crusted fillet with charred asparagus, braised cabbage with pomegranate molasses and bacon lardons. Peking duck.
