Description
A subtle nose of restrained lemon zest and lemon leaf, with a light touch of dust and nettle. That lemony zip and vivacity is immediately apparent in the mouth. Succulent and fresh, the brightness balanced by a rich palate weight and texture indicative of time spent in oak. The seamlessly integrated wood portion doesn’t add flavour, just presence, and body. Poised, structured, and refined, will reward patience.
