Description
Colour: Violet red. Nose: Beautifully scented nose expressing signature scents of minerality, freshness, and a true sense of place. Cherry and raspberry emerge from the glass with herbal fynbos and enticing lavender floral perfume. Palate: A stunning profile on the palate with perfumed red berry and candy floss notes together with savoury elements of fresh tobacco leaf and crushed graphite supported by lovely well balanced acidity. Bright and alive in the glass showing a sense of linearity and focus. Exceptional tannin detail and definition with a refined, powdery texture. Finesse and elegance, all the while delivering moreish flavour and complexity.
