Description
Colour: Ruby red. Nose: The nose opens with lifted white pepper, unfolding into creamy red fruit and ripe red cherries. A fresh herbal mint note brings lift and clarity, interlaced with subtle fynbos aromatics. Impressive concentration builds through the palate, with floral violet tones emerging alongside a gentle earthiness of forest floor. Palate: The palate is precise and structured, echoing the white pepper spice notes from the nose. A delicate, creamy mid-palate texture is framed by fine, powdery tannins that feel almost chalk-like in their finesse. Fresh mint leaf and herbal nuances add brightness and tension through the core. There is a clear sense of concentration and drive, leading into a focused blackcurrant finish that lingers with freshness and poise.
