Description
Colour: Crimson red. Nose: The nose opens with a sense of lovely richness and aromatic detail, led by freshly dried herbs and oregano, interwoven with blackcurrant. As it unfolds, delicate jasmine florals emerge, adding lift and fragrance. A pastel-toned red fruit perfume sits beneath, soft and expressive. Cedar oak spice weaves through the aromatics, creating a polished, elegant frame. Palate: The palate is focused and structured, with impressive fruit concentration and tension from the outset. Dense yet fine, powdery tannins give shape and definition, supporting a well-balanced, youthful vibrancy. A core of expressive fruit runs through the wine, complemented by creamy black raspberry notes that feel both generous and moreish. The wine remains poised and energetic, finishing on a savoury, mouth-watering line that leaves a salivating, persistent impression.
