Description
Colour: Violet red. Nose: Enchanting and lively with lush scents of red and black fruit laced with vanilla pod, some creaminess and subtle herbal notes, arousing the senses. Palate: Succulent purity of fruit on the palate with refreshing acidity, balanced by delectable fruit sweetness and a delicately herbal finale.

Merlot wine matches with a wide variety of foods because of its position in the middle of the red wine spectrum. In general Merlot pairs well with chicken and other light meats as well as lightly-spiced dark meats.
