Description
Colour: Light crimson red. Nose: The nose is expressive yet poised, opening with distinctive fynbos and herbal aromatics, layered with floral notes and dried oregano. A cool graphite mineral character runs through the bouquet, giving definition and edge. Bright red cherries bring vibrancy, while a subtle rose water and Turkish delight nuance adds an exotic, perfumed softness. Palate: The palate is vibrant and finely balanced, carried by refreshing acidity that brings energy and focus. A creamy red fruit texture sits at the core, echoing the cherry-driven aromatics, interwoven with hints of Turkish delight and graphite minerality. The mid-palate shows fine, powdery structure, supported by dried herbal tones and a gentle sense of fruit sweetness. The finish is savoury, precise, and lightly mineral, leaving a lifted, elegant impression.
