Description
Colour: Light garnet. Nose: Pure and creamy red and black fruit – raspberry, black cherry and pomegranate – tinged with savoury, herbal origanum. Floral notes and sensational graphite minerality as it opens. Palate: Beautifully refined with pure and sensual raspberry and red and black cherry with threads of distinct graphite and notes of origanum. Expressive, fine, powdery tannins laced with bright acidity and a slight creamy texture. The finish is savoury and dry. A seamless expression of mountain-grown fruit, delivering a perfect Cabernet Franc with serious ageing potential.

Cabernet Franc pairs well with a wide variety of foods. A great accompaniment to tomato-based stew, roasted pork belly, goats cheese and rich black bean or lentil dishes.
