Our Merlot 2016 is a savoury offering. A fresh and vibrant nose shows subtle aromas of sweet red fruits such as wild strawberries and cherries, intermingled with dried fynbos, thyme and fresh rosemary. On the palate, this Merlot displays notes of aniseed, dark chocolate and black olives. Furthermore, it exudes an earthiness and velvety texture that is supported by an elegant tannin structure and focused acidity.
