These dry land bush vines create exceptional fruit concentration than vines subjected to unnatural vineyard practices. The structure and complexity of these smaller berries bring intense colour, added body and bold flavours. Perdeberg Cellar's unique composition of vineyards significantly contributes to the quality of our wines. Our vineyards cover more than 2500 ha and are mostly un-irrigated and un-trellised, yielding a very low long-term average of 8 tons per hectare. Under these conditions, Mother Nature produces her best fruit with intense colour, added body, and passionate flavours. These vines allow our winemaking team to produce an internationally well-awarded wine arrangement, enjoyed around the world.
