Warrelwind Sauvignon Blanc

This wine pairs excellently with shellfish, grilled fish, and fresh salads. Its bright acidity and tropical fruit profile also make it a delightful aperitif.

Grapes for this vintage were sourced primarily from dry-farmed vineyards in the Agter-Paarl region (70%), known for producing riper tropical notes, and cooler, higher elevation vineyards in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, and Elgin (30%), which contribute greener, herbaceous characters.

Aged on its lees for three months in stainless steel tanks, this wine was crafted without the use of oak to preserve its vibrant fruit flavors and crisp acidity.

The winemaking process employed reductive techniques to preserve freshness and fruitiness. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, and the wine was left on its lees for three months to enhance mouthfeel and longevity. No oak was used, maintaining the wine's fresh fruit character.
