Our Sauvignon Blanc is well-balanced, with an abundance of flavours from the Sauvignon Blanc spectrum that appeals to a wide audience. Refreshing herbaceous flavours are gently tempered by bright tropical fruits making for a palate pleasing and versatile wine. Colour: Pale straw, light green tinge. Aroma: Bouquet of tropical fruit. Palate: Passionfruit, pineapple, and ripe tropical flavours. Body: Crisp, well-integrated acidity is balanced by richness from the touch of Semillon used in blending, resulting in a well-rounded and creamy mouthfeel.
