Taste profile
Type
On the palate
Stony minerality, fig, and ripe pear on the nose. The palate is dry, refreshing, and crisply structured, leading to a long, precise finish. Bright lemon zest flavours are complemented by hints of apricot. A rare gem with impressive cellaring potential.
